Uladzimir Zhyharau opened to 16,000 from under the gun and Naji Azar three-bet to 40,000 from middle position. Zhyharau made the call.
The flop came K♣6♠5♠ and Zhyharau check-called a 80,000 continuation bet from Nazar.
Nazar moved all in for roughly 230,000 on the 5♣ river and this time Zhyharau quickly folded.
Despite the minor setback Zhyharau still holds one of, if not the biggest chip stack in the room.
Elsewhere in the tournament area, Yunsheng Sun and Aleksandar Tot were recently eliminated.

Ionel Reduces the Field by One

A player in middle position had three-bet to 40,000 versus a previous open only for Ivan Tukmachev to move all in for 110,000 from the hijack. Anton Ionel called from the cutoff with a covering stack and after some deliberation the middle position player got out of the way.

Tukmachev was in rough shape against the bigger ace and couldn't catch up on the A♣6♣7♠J♦8♠ runout resulting in his elimination while Ionel collected a healthy pot.
