€10,200 Mystery Bounty
Dia 1 Começado
Since its introduction in 2022, the €10,200 Mystery Bounty event has been a staple on European Poker Tour stops around the continent. It comes thus as no surprise that once again it will be featured at the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Paris in 2024, starting today at 7 p.m. local time at the spacious Le Palais des Congrès in the heart of the French capital.
At the inaugural EPT Paris stop in 2023, it was Portugal's Andre Marques who bested a field of 107 contenders to hoist the trophy, pocketing a combined sum of €176,000 in cash prize and bounties in the process. Meanwhile, Oleg Vasylchenko won the most recent edition of this event at the 2023 EPT Prague stop, seeing €154,673 added to his bank account as a reward for beating the other 55 players in the tournament.
Day 1 of the two-day event will see eight 30-minute levels being played out. All players receive 100,000 starting chips, amounting to 100 big blinds at the start of play. Late registration will remain open until the end of Level 10, the second level of Day 2, at which point the starting stack will be worth 20 big blinds.
€5,000 of each buy-in will be allocated to the bounty prize pool, which will come into play from Level 13 onwards when the bounty tokens are introduced, while €4,700 will go to the regular prize pool.

Niklas Astedt raised to 2,500 from under the gun before Maksim Vaskresenski put out a three-bet to 8,500. The action folded back to Astedt, who put in the call to see a flop of Q♠2♥9♦.
Astedt then check-called the 5,500 bet of Vaskresenski before both players checked the subsequent Q♥ turn. The Q♦ river brought a third queen on the board and saw Astedt fire 15,000 chips into the middle.
Vaskresenski thought it over for a bit before surrendering his cards, shipping the early pot Astedt's way.

Zhou decided to take the initiative and made a bet of 13,000 chips. A quick fold followed from his opponent, seeing Zhou rake in a significant pot in the early stages.
