Voinea Flops Flush Against Gomez' Turned Straight

The flop came down , giving Voinea the nuts. He continued for 50,000. Zapatero, drawing at a no-good straight, made the call.

Zapatero didn't know the turn was a bad card, making the straight. He checked, and Voinea fired 225,000. Zapatero made the call again.

On the river, Zapatero checked once more. Holding the nuts, Voinea emptied the clip with a bet of 800,000. Zapatero couldn't get away from the straight, and he made the call of the slight overbet.

However, when the action folded to him on the button, Cech used three of his time banks before shipping all in. Benjamin Lebor called from the small blind and Yannick Cardot raised to 90,000 in the big blind which got Lebor to fold.

Obara Jams Into Kliper

The action was picked up on the turn with some 300,000 in the middle. Arie Kliper checked out of the big blind and Jun Obara in the cutoff made it 205,000 to go. Kliper then check-raised to 490,000 and Obara verified the bet size before he made the call.

Both headed to the river on which Kliper opted to check. Obara now moved all-in with the covering stack and Kliper folded.
