Jack Salter opened the action with a raise to 8,500 from late position. He was called by Hideki Izutsu on the button and Clement Dumortier on the small blind. Ignacio Romera defended his big blind and they saw a flop.
The flop was dealt and it checked to Salter who continued with a bet of 12,500. He was called only by big blind Romera and the others got out of the way.
The turn was the and Romera check-called again. Salter bet 21,000 this time.
The was dealt on the river and Salter put Romera all-in when he checked to him again. The all-in was effectively for a little under 60,000. It took Romera a while but he ended up folding his hand.
''I should have folded on the turn. I don't like folding on the river.'' Romera said when the chips were pushed to Salter. Salter agreed with Romera that he doesn't like to fold the river either as he stacked up his chips.
Jorden Verbraeken is amongst the latest players who got eliminated from the tournament. There are now 80 players left and they will continue eight-handed until they bag up when there are 59 players remaining.
