Klatt Moves on Geilich

Nível 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ludovic Geilich opened to 12,000 from under the gun and it folded round to Andreas Klatt on the button. The German put all his blue chips in, for an effective all in (leaving 15,000 behind). Geilich thought for a few moments before deciding to pass.

The Scot is still up from where he started the day after winning some chips in the first few hands of the day but Andreas Klatt has added 11 big blinds to the 14 big blinds he started with and is in much better shape after the latest pot.

Three Streets for Sammartino

Nível 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Dario Sammartino is moving in the right direction so far today. Just now he won a decent pot against Michail Karapanos.

Sammartino opened under the gun and Karapanos defended in the big blind. On the {6-Hearts}{a-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop, Karapanos check-called a bet of 8,000. The {7-Hearts} turn saw more of the same with the Greek check-calling again, this time for 30,000.

The river brought the {2-Hearts} and not wanting to break with tradition, the action went check-call once more, this time Sammartino bet 58,000 and Karapanos used two-time bank cards whilst making his decision. When he called, Sammartino turned over {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for a turned set and Karapanos sent his cards into the muck.
