On the turn, Lai checked and Charette did the same, taking them to the river. It was the

Erwin Wiechers had won his entry to the Main Event in a live satellite and quickly lost a big portion of his stack with aces versus queens according to Theodore McQuilkin. Things got even worse for the Dutchman, as he has become the second casualty of the day.
A raise and three callers saw Wiechers squeeze the small blind and Thiago Signorelli Viana in the cutoff reraised. Wiechers jammed for the last 12,000 and was snap-called.

Ludovic Geilich has been spotted taking a seat on Table 19. The Scot has almost $2.3 million in live tournament winnings, which puts him in 4th place on the all-time Scotland money list.
He will face still competition from Mark Teltscher, a former EPT Champion who took down EPT 2 London back in 2005. Also on Table 19 is Denys Shafikov who is no stranger to the felt either. Shafikov has had numerous deep runs in previous EPT Main Events, with his best result currently his 4th place finish in EPT Barcelona 2015.
Sam Grafton is also in the house. With $1.5 million in tournament winnings to his name, he is also one to watch.

Romain Piraux had lost a big portion of his stack early on to Theodore McQuilkin and both just met again in an interesting hand. Piraux made it 300 to go and the button called, as did McQuilkin in the big blind. On the 
flop, McQuilkin check-raised from 500 to 1,700 and Piraux called, the button had cold-called the continuation bet and folded.
McQuilkin checked and called a bet of 2,500 on the turn and check-folded the river to a bet of 5,000. Piraux flipped over one of his cards and it was the .

There was an early position open to 300 and two calls behind before Andrey Andreev upped it to 1,700 in the small blind. Raffaello Locatelli called in the big blind and everyone else decided to pass.

and Andreev check-called Locatelli's 1,000 bet. The 
turn saw a check apiece and the dealer laid the
