Leveling War Saves Sammartino

Daniel Cates in the big blind four-bet to 180,000 and Holz took plenty of time before making the call. On the flop, Cates pondered about his next move before betting 125,000 only for Holz to spend an equally long time and then raising to 285,000.

Eight minutes after the shove of Sammartino, he would go into showdown as Cates folded.
