Kaverman Doubles Through Akhundov; Lichtenberger Busts

The two hands went pretty much the same way and Byron Kaverman doubled whereas Andrew Lichtenberger was eliminated.

Murad Akhundov raised and Kaverman defended his big blind to check-raise from 18,000 to 38,000 on the flop . Akhundov shoved and Kaverman called for 128,000 with for middle pair, a gutshot and straight flush draw. His opponent had for top pair and Kaverman got there on the river.

Soon after, Lichtenberger defended his big blind and saw the flop come . The American also check-raised, from 27,000 to 63,000, and then called the shove with queen-jack for top two. Akhundov had for top pair and the rest of the board filled up with the turn and river.
