McDonald has accepted a bet for $10,000 that must see him perform 300 air squats during the next one-hour level here in the 2015 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure $100,000 Super High Roller. Each air squat must see McDonald lower himself such that his knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.

Christoph Vogelsang raised to 4,500 from the button and found calls from Vanessa Selbst in the small blind and Paul Newey in the big blind. The dealer fanned on the felt and Selbst tapped the table. Newey came out firing for 8,200 and Vogelsang quickly let go of his cards. Selbst, however, tossed out a call.
The hit the turn and Selsbt checked for a second time. Newey checked it back and the completed the board. Two more checks allowed Newey to table for the best hand. He took down the pot and brought his stack up to about 239,000.
Justin Bonomo raised to 4,500 in the hijack, Daniel Negreanu called on the button, Mohsin Charania called in the small blind and Roger Sippl defended his big blind.
The flop was checked around, landing the turn. Charania bet 12,000 and only Negreanu called to see the river. Charania bet 33,000 and after a few moments Negreanu called.
