Gruissem vs. Haxton for 1.05 Million

Team Online's Isaac Haxton opened for 18,000 from early position only to have Philipp Gruissem three-bet to 90,000 from the small blind. Haxton responded by four-betting all in for 516,000, and Gruissem thought for a few moments before calling off for 506,000 total.

Like we've seen so many times today, it was a race situation. Gruissem needed to improve to stay alive, but that proved easier said than done as the flop left him emptyhanded. The turn did the same, and the river actually improved Haxton to a straight to give him the pot.
