Colman Cold Four-Bet Bluffs

Nível 21 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #126: Kurganov opened the button with {Q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for 200,000. Cates in the small blind had {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and three-bet to 600,000. This forced out Richard Yong in the big blind, and Kurganov folded as well.

Hand #127: Cates opened the button with {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for 200,000. Colman in the big blind made the call and saw a flop with {9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. {Q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} on the flop and Colman checked. Cates bet out 200,000 and Colman instantly folded.

Hand #128: Cates opened the cutoff for 200,000 with the {A-Clubs} and one card that didn't get picked up by the RFID scanner. It was enough, all other players folded and Cates took it down. We'll never know what the other card was, but does it matter?

Hand #129: Cates got a walk in the big blind holding {J-Clubs}{9-Hearts}.

Hand #130: Colman opened under the gun with {Q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for 200,000. Yong shoved allin for 1,200,000 total from the big blind with {K-Spades}{7-Spades}. Colman didn't want to invest a million more, and folded.

Hand #131: Kurganov opened under the gun for 200,000 with {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}. Cates on the button had {A-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and three-bet to 540,000. Yong folded his small blind, but Colman with {5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} in the big blind wasn't so quick to release. He thought about it for some time, and then cold four-bet to 1,180,000.

"His timing is perfect" said commentator Hartigan, "Sick move" added Stapleton. Both players folded. "I don't have enough heart" said Cates with a smile after folding.

Hand #132: Colman completed from the small blind with {8-Spades}{6-Spades}. Igor Kurganov in the big blind had {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and made it 320,000. Colman instantly folded, Kurganov took it down.
