Lucille Cailly made a standard raise from late position and Michael Dietrich defended his big blind.
Flop:
Dietrich checked, Cailly bet 55,000 and Dietrich then check-raised to 150,000. Cailly didn't have to take much time to think before she made the call.
Turn:
Both players checked.
River:
So the spade flush got there and the action was on Dietrich. The ball of his foot was feverishly tapping the floor and he looked so nervous. He went to slide three towers of blue 5k chips over the line but they spilled everywhere. Instead he said, "350," and Cailly snap-called.
Dietrich turned over for the flush, but Cailly had for the higher flush. Dietrich took his defeat gracefully and the show moved on. Cailly is on a roll in this event.
Vadzim Markushevski raised to 41,000 on the button, Dan Abouaf moved all-in from the small blind and Markushevski folded his hand. Markushevski has thus far had a very frustrating session.
Vadzim Kursevich has just been eliminated on the TV table. We did not see the action but the tournament officials have told us he moved all-in with and was called by the mighty of Ben Vinson. The board ran out with more hearts than a card shop on valentines day and Kursevich was out.
Fady Kamar has shown us, on several times, that the man just does not like to fold. Here is another great example of Kamar's thought process in action.
Vadzim Markushevski raised to 37,000 under the gun and Kamar defended his big blind. The pair checked the flop of before we had the on fourth street. Kamar checked, Markushevski bet 45,000 and Kamar called. Onto the river and the dealer gave us the , Kamar checked, Markushevski bet 125,000 and Kamar called. When Kamar showed the table it was greeted by a lot of head shaking by Markushevski before his hand hit the muck.
Reza Tabatabaei limped into the pot from early position and Andoni Larrabe Sánchez decided to try to isolate him with a raise to 80,000. Back to Tabatabaei and he had a surprise for Sánchez when he raised to 225,000. The suspicious Sánchez made the fold.
Sergio Castelluccio has lost nearly half of his stack already today, the last chunk where he four-bet folded.
He opened to 40,000 and was called in two spots before Anatoly Gurtovoy three-bet to 120,000 from the button. The action was back on Castelluccio and he studied his opponent and four-bet to 560,000. The two callers folded but Gurtovoy quickly moved all-in.
He had Castelluccio covered and the Italian reacted, "Fifteen times already I have been in this spot!" as he threw his hands up in the air. He continued to procrastinate and then threw his cards into the muck.
Reza Tabatabaei limps in the first spot and both blinds call and check respectively. The flop is and Tabatabaei takes down the pot with a 20,000 flop bet. Then in the aftermath of Pantling's elimination Tabatabaei has been moved to that table and now sits in 7 to the left of Georges Dib
