Lewis Gets Some Pulse Back Despite Three-Bet Folding

Toby Lewis was seen losing a pot against Bryn Kenney about 30 minutes ago and that loss pushed Lewis down to last 13 big blinds. However, the 2018 champion found a way to bounce back to calm waters, crossing 60,000.

Lews was, therefore, able to get into a preflop raising contest against his right-hand neighbor Manig Loeser who opened to 2,000 in middle position. Lewis reraised to 7,000 and action returned to Loeser who made it 19,000. Lewis let it go this time, but his situation still looks way better than few orbits ago.

Margereson Crams the River

Bernie Stang raised to 2,200 in middle position and Scott Margereson flatted on his left. Oliver Weis three-bet to 9,600 from the big blind and Stang and Margereson matched his wager.

Weis fired another 9,500 on the flop, getting rid of Stang. Margereson stuck around, calling. Both remaining players checked the turn and Weis checked again on the river. Margereson moved all in for an effective 45,000 or so and Weis didn't waste much time before throwing his cards into the muck.
