Martin Kozlov and Kenny Hallaert tangled on a 
flop where Kozlov checked from the big blind. Hallaert, sitting two seats to Kozlov's left, bet 1,600 into about 5,500. Kozlov called.
The turn was the 
and both players took about a minute before making their respective move. However, no chips were invested in the pot.
The river came 
and Kozlov paused again, eventually checking one more time. Hallaert also took his time and then fired 7,500. Kozlov spent over two minutes tanking, putting the calling chips aside from his remaining stack. He would have been required to put in roughly half of his remaining chips to see Hallaert's hand, and ultimately decided to let it go.
