After earlier eliminating a player from the tournament with pocket aces and doubling-up, Joel Douaglin has repeated the same punishment on yet another player.
Arriving at the table we found both Douaglin and his opponent trade raises until both had committed all their stacks.

The all in player was in for 65,700 and was at risk against Douaglin's over pair who had him covered.
Douaglin stepped up from the table and even turned around as the river card was exposed on the board before taking down the pot and storming into the chip lead.
Douaglin is no stranger to the Aussie Millions main event after finishing in 3rd place in 2015 (eventually won by Manny Stavropoulos) and has put himself in a great position for another potentially deep run.
While Ken Wong may be struggling to get much above starting stack his better half Jay Tan is fairing extremely well so far today and is busy building quite the chip castle.
We caught the action on the turn in a heads-up pot between Tan and a neighboring player with the community cards reading just as Tan fired out a roughly half pot-sized bet. Tan’s opponent thought it over and grudgingly made the call and it was off to the river, which comes down a non-diamond .
Tan reached for chips once more, leading out for 7500 and her opponent folded pretty speedily.
“Flush draw?” asked Tan as she pulled in the pot, but her opponent gave nothing away. Tan is now over the 100k mark and looks to be sitting on around 108,000.
Martin Kozlov just took down a pot after putting his opponent to the ultimate test for his tournament life.
The hand began with Kozlov raising to 850 before a tablemate played back at him for 2,400. Kozlov called and the two of them saw land on the flop.
Kozlov check-called a bet of 1,800 and the arrived on the turn.
The action was then checked through to the river card. Kozlov slid forward a stack of chips with enough to cover his opponent’s remaining 10,000. The latter gave it some thought but eventually relinquished his hand.
We caught the action on a flop of in a heads-up pot between Dutchman Raemon Sluiter and Ben Tollerene just as Sluiter led out for a bet of 2,300. Tollerene looked on impassively before counting out the call and carefully placing it in out on the baize.
The turn completed a possible club flush and Sluiter bet out 6,600 leaving himself 7,000 behind. Tollerene did not miss this fact and after thinking it over, smooth called once again taking play to the river.
Sluiter shoved for his remaining 7,000 and Tollerene beat him into the pot. The Dutchman showed for a flush but this was not enough to beat Tollerene’s turned full house and the US pro flipped over to send Sluiter to the exit.
Sluiter's girlfriend Fatima Moreira de Melo has also been eliminated from the event. She was down to about 25 big blinds or so and got it in with queens to ace-king. She did not survive the encounter and had headed to the rail just before Sluiter.
Ami Barer won the Aussie Millions Main Event in 2014 for AUD$1,600,000
Just before the break Ami Barer was eliminated from the tournament. Tony Hachem was more than happy to fill us in on the details.
The action started with the 2014 champion raising to 3,000 from under the gun before the player in middle position moved all in over the top. The decision folded back around to Barer who called for his remaining 9,000.

Barer had the best hand until the board ran out giving his opponent the more dominant full house and therefore winning hand.
On a flop of Winfred Yu bet out 2,200 from middle position and was called by his opponent in the hijack. The third player in the hand, seated on the button, folded.
The turn brought the and Yu slid out 6,300. His opponent then reached for his chips and slid out a stack of 5,000-chips totalling 60,000 which had Yu covered. Yu called with 23,000 in his stack.

Yu had flopped a set of fours but was turned by his opponent who made a straight.
No repeat would come on the river as the completed the board sending Yu to the rail.
