Nível 3
: 100/200, 25 ante
If we've done the math properly, an ace flops 22% of the time in Hold'em. But for some players, that percentage seems to rocket up closer to 100% when they're holding pocket kings. Such was Kitty Kuo's fate in a recent hand against Kai Sheng Yang.
We missed the pre-flop action, but Kuo was in the big blind for an ace-high flop of . She checked to Yang, then called a bet of 1,200. She also checked the turn. Yang didn't slow down, firing another 3,500 into the pot. Kuo eyeballed Yang's stack, cut out what looked like raising chips, and tanked for a few minutes. She finally flashed and mucked her hand.
