It may have been one of the very few hands that Sergi Escote lost thus far today, and it proved to be an expensive one.
Peter Jaksland raised to 27,000 from the cutoff and Escote called on the button. On the 
flop both players checked and Jaksland then check-raised the 
turn to 105,000, which Escote called. After the 
river, Jaksland bet 273,000 and Escote took a long time before announcing the call.
Jaksland turned over 
for the nut straight and claimed a big pot on the direct money bubble.
