O Brasil venceu a edição especial do Sunday Million na estreia do festival Carnival Series no PokerStars. O evento Carnival Series 02-M: US$ 109 Sunday Million SE registrou 10.612 entradas para distribuir US$ 1.061.200 em premiações. Pilotando a conta "Manu8866", o grinder brasileiro deu show ao longo de dois dias de competição e superou toda a concorrência para embolsar uma bela forra de US$ 99.223, incluindo US$ 38.737 em bounties.

Na mesa final dessa edição especial do Sunday Million, Emmanuel teve a companhia do grinder brasileiro e jogador do jogador do Step Team Leocir Carneiro, dono da conta "leocir25" nos feltros virtuais do PokerStars. Leocir terminou seu desempenho em um honroso quinto lugar para engordar o bankroll com um prêmio total de US$ 20.391, dos quais US$ 2.158 resultaram de bounties.

O festival Carnival Series continua a rolar nas mesas do PokerStars até 5 de fevereiro e vai distribuir pelo menos US$ 12.500.000 em premiações ao longo da série.

Uma grande parte da premiação garantida está reservada para os quatro Main Events, todos disputados no popular formato Mystery Bounty, onde os jogadores podem ganhar uma recompensa misteriosa sempre que eliminaram um oponente.

Participar do Main Event mais barato custa US$ 11, o que é um valor incrível pois o torneio tem US$ 250.000 garantidos na premiação. Já a versão com buy-in de US$ 109 tem um incrível garantido de US$ 1,25 milhão, enquanto os high rollers terão a chance de brigar por uma parte de pelo menos US$ 750K GTD no Main Event com buy-in de US$ 1.050.

Como sempre, os jogadores podem pagar o buy-in direto, mas haverá um monte de satélites que permitem que você garanta sua vaga em grandes eventos por uma fração do buy-in.
