Poker Central e Doug Polk Lideram Nomeações para American Poker Awards
O Global Poker Index anunciou os nomeados para o quarto American Poker Awards, apresentado pelo PokerStars, irá ter lugar no dia 22 de fevereiro às 7 p.m. PT no Andaz West Hollywood em Los Angeles.
Os 102 membros do painel de nomeação, constituído por lideres da indústria, profissionais de poker e membros dos mídia votaram para determinar os 54 nomeados em 13 categorias, dos 20 prémios que serão entregues na cerimónia.
O Poker Central foi o grande destaque ao receber 6 nomeações. Já Doug Polk lidera nas nomeações individuais ao configurar em 4 categorias que incluem Video Blogger, Poker’s Biggest Influencer, e Tournament Performance pela sua vitória no WSOP One Drop High Roller.
Outros nomeados incluem Daniel Negreanu (Biggest Influencer e Video Blogger), Joe Ingram (Video Blogger e Poker Life Podcast), Matt Savage (Biggest Influencer e Industry Person) e Lance Bradley (Journalist e Content).
De realçar que a PokerNews está também nomeada na categoria de Podcast of the Year pelo podcast com Brent Harrington, Sarah Herring, Matt Parvis.
