Just before the blinds had gone up, two players were eliminated in consecutive hands and Miroslav Forman was responsible for both casualties.

Florian Kraft then opened to 9,000 and Michael Horn jammed for the 40,500 he had behind. Forman piled it in fromn the big blind and Kraft folded.
