From a starting field of 1,789 players, just 373 players will return for Day 2 of the 2021 World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) Event #1: €350 Opener.
Leading the way is Day 1a chip leader Marc Meden (723,000) who is well clear of second in chips and Day 1b chip leader Zdenko Slavik (457,000).
Other notables still in the tournament include bracelet winner Sebastian Langrock, along with Jan Bendik, Tobias Peters, Claudio Celenza, Zhong Chen, Abdelhakim Zoufri, Grzegorz Wyraz, Leonardo Armino and defending champion Renat Bohdanov.

Marc Meden, the overall chip leader of Day 1, opened the action to 7,500 and after a call from the button, Jan Bendik called as well.
Three players saw a flop of and decided to check.
On the turn, Meden fired 15,000 and after the button folded, Bendik raised to 55,000.

Sazhinov raised enough to put Weiss all-in, who after a brief pause, decided to go for it.
