As Sammartino eyeballed the stack of his opponent, Baker added "1.8 behind" and Sammartino nodded, then tossed in calling chips.

After the 
turn, Baker fired a second barrel for 500,000 and had 975,000 behind. Sammartino moved all in and Baker almost beat him into the pot.
