In a preflop raising war, the stacks of Alexander Lakhov and Jeff Lisandro went into the middle and Lakhov was the player at risk for 28,800 with both players turning over pocket aces.

The board of improved Lakhov to a flush and Lisandro had around 15,000 left, busted soon after.
The next table broke after the elimination of Bruno Stefanelli and there are only 39 players remaining.
Stefanelli got his stack in with the on the flop and his opponent called with . The turn was a massive sweat for Stefanelli, but the river was of no help.
Fahredin Mustafov raised to 5,000 and picked up a call by Ottaviano Capellini in the small blind. On the flop, the Italian checked and Mustafov's bet of 8,000 did the trick.
One hand later, Mustafov raised to 5,000 again and Christian Arstad as well as Sander van Wesemael in the blinds called. The flop came and a bet of Mustafov for 7,000 took down the pot.
One table over, Barny Boatman, Alex Foxen and Konstantinos Alexiou limped in. Vivian Saliba in the big blind raised to 8,000 and picked up calls by Boatman and Alexiou, Foxen took a long time before folding. Alexiou immediately bet the pot on the flop for 25,600 and that won the pot.
While a short stack busted on a different table, Nico Ehlers and Roman Cieslik both doubled up.
Brandon Cantu raised to 4,500 and Dario Alioto called before Cieslik shoved from the hijack for 16,000. Cantu reluctantly folded and Alioto called after as much consideration.

Ehlers got into a raising war with Alexander Lakhov while a third player folded the flop of . Lakhov had the big stack and showed for top set. Ehlers turned over for a gutshot, pair and flush draw. The turn was a blank, but the river gave Ehlers a full house.
At almost the same time three different players ran out of chips. One of them happened to be Ottaviano Capellini, who got it in with a pair and a flush draw against the steam rolling power house that is Fahredin Mustafov. The latter flopped top set and the nut flush draw with on the flop and the turn and river were both blanks.
There are 36 players remaining and Mustafov is chasing Rene Berube at the top of the leader board near the money bubble.
On the tail end of a hand between Mohammadjavad Haddadnia and Aaron Duczak the river showed and Duczak bet 20,000 into a pot of around 35,000. Haddadnia called and was shown for the nut straight to see his stack cut into more than half.
Once the hand was over, the dealers were instructed to announce an all in and call to ensure the smoothness of the upcoming money bubble.
