Three Handed Action

Roy Finlay makes up the small change in the small blind and Azusa Maeda checks in the big blind. The flop was {6-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {4-Spades} and Finlay bet 25,000 and Maeda called. The turn and river were both checked through {8-Diamonds} {3-Spades} and Maeda won the hand holding {6-Hearts} {5-Hearts} while Finlay held {K-Diamonds} {6-Spades}.

One orbit later...

Roy Finlay limps in the small blind and Azusa Maeda calls in the big blind. The flop was {9-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {4-Spades} and Finlaye bets 23,000 and Maeda called. The turn of {A-Spades} is checked through and the last card we saw was the {Q-Diamonds}. Finlay checked and Maeda bet 45,000 - Finlay had called at precisely the same time Maeda planted the bet. Maeda mucked his cards and Finlay showed {10-Spades} {10-Clubs}.

Humbert Pips Maeda

On a flop of {J-Hearts} {9-Spades} {5-Diamonds} Azusa Maeda checked to Guillaume Humbert who bet 25,000. Action back to the man from Japan and he check-raised to 55,000 (a move he regularly makes). Humbert made the call and the dealer gave us the {4-Diamonds} on the turn. Maeda bet 55,000 and Humbert called. The river was the {2-Clubs} and both players both checked.

Roy Finlay Pounds The Pressure On Maeda

Nível 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Roy Finlay raised to 50,000 from the small blind and Azusa Maeda three-bet to 150,000. Action back to Roy Finlay and he made it very easy on himself by moving all-in. The bet was 408,000 more and Maeda went into the tank.

Finlay was on his feet, while his wife peeked through the glass door, as she pushed his child in their pram.

"Call! Let's get this over with," said Finlay.

Maeda peeked at his cards.

"Don't call with that!" Joked Finlay.

In the end Maeda folded and the players headed for the break.
