Big Blind Special for Brosky

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The action was folded to Pim Kuipers on the button, who raised to 6,500. He was called by the small blind, as well as Michiel Brosky in the big blind.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Spades}, and the action was checked to Kuipers, who bet 9,000. The small blind folded, and Brosky called. The turn was the {6-Diamonds}, and Brosky led out for 13,500, which Kuipers called rather quickly. The river brought the {a-Diamonds}, and Brosky made a larger bet of 33,500. Kuipers didn't waste much time calling.

Brosky turned over {6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for two pair. That was enough to earn him the pot, and he continues to climb after the Mike Matusow elimination.

Winzeler Folds to Dubini's River Min-Bet

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The action folded to Hans Winzeler on the button, and he raised to 6,000. Richard Dubini called in the big blind and checked the {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{A-Hearts} flop. Winzeler continued for 4,500, and Dubini called. Both players checked the {7-Spades} on the turn. The river was the {2-Diamonds}, and Dubini bet out the minimum of 3,000.

A puzzled-looking Winzeler deliberated for close to two minutes before eventually laying his hand down to drop his stack to 420,000 as Dubini climbed to 148,000 in chips.

Talley Doubles Through Dubini in Four-Bet Pot

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Caufman Talley, pictured in a different event.

The dealer was counting out a double for Caufman Talley at Table 717. Richard Dubini was the one sending the requisite chips over, and Steven van Zadelhoff explained how it went down.

According to the Dutchman, Dubini opened to 6,000 in early position and got one caller before Talley made it 24,000 on the button. Dubini came back with a re-raise to 42,000, and Talley called.

Both of them checked the {2-Spades}{9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop, and the {a-Hearts} hit the turn. Dubini put Talley all in for his last 80,000 or so, and the American called it off with {a-Spades}{10-Clubs} for top pair. Dubini was drawing with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and bricked the {9-Diamonds} river.

Mickey Gets Crafty

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Mickey Craft
Mickey Craft

There was a raise from the cutoff, and Mickey Craft called from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}, and Craft checked to his opponent, who bet 15,000. Craft called, and the {10-Spades} landed on the turn. Craft checked again, and his opponent bet 20,000. Craft check-raised to 75,000, and his opponent announced the call before Craft could he even get his chips out. The river brought the {6-Spades}, and Craft checked, along with his opponent.

Craft tabled {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} for a rivered full house, and his opponent showed {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. "I was hoping he was going to bet," Craft tried to explain, as the rest of the table laughed about him making a full house on the river.

Stefanski Folds to Near-Shove

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Dave Stefanski opened the action with a raise to 7,000. An opponent went deep into the tank, long enough to eventually have the clock called. A member of the floor staff came over to count down, and when there were just a few seconds remaining, Stefanski's opponent three-bet to 33,500. The action folded around to Stefanski, who asked for a count of the raise and what his opponent had behind.

When it was revealed that Stefanski's opponent had just 5,000 behind, Stefanski folded and dropped down to 325,000 in chips.

Ladouceur Takes from Hachem

Nível 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Joe Hachem raised to 7,000, and Marc-Andre Ladouceur called in the big blind.

On the {K-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop, Ladouceur checked and called a bet worth 7,000. After the {Q-Hearts} turn, the French-Canadian check-called another bet for 19,000 before checking the {K-Hearts} river. Hachem bet 47,000, and Ladouceur quickly tossed in a single chip for the call.

Hachem was caught bluffing with {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, and Ladouceur raked in the pot with {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} for trip kings.
