Lucky River for "BeFocus" to Take the Chip Lead

Nível 7 : 150/300, 30 ante

Danny "DannyN13" Noseworthy raised to 575 from the hijack before being three-bet by "BamaJT" on the cutoff to 1,162. From the button, "BeFocus" made it 2,750 and both players called to see a flop of {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

Everyone checked over to "BeFocus" who bet 3,000 and only Noseworthy called.

The turn was the {J-Spades} and Noseworthy checked again over to "BeFocus" who bet 14,100 which was enough to put Noseworthy all in. He called and the hands were tabled.

Noseworthy: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
"BeFocus": {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

The river was the {A-Clubs} and that gave "BeFocus" the winning hand and allowed him to get the knockout, while Noseworthy reentered the tournament.

One of PokerNews' live reporters on the tournament floor caught Aaron "Suckmedry" Massey on the tournament rail playing on his tablet. According to our reporter, Massey was holding {a-Spades}{K-Hearts} against two opponents who were holding {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {6-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{2-Spades}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}, giving Massey a flush to suck out and triple up early in the tournament.
