The action was on fourth street and Staszko called a bet from his opponent. On fifth street, his opponent bet with a pair of kings showing and Staszko called. On sixth street, Staszko's opponent checked and he bet. His opponent called.

On seventh street, the first player checked and Staszko checked back. His opponent showed for two pairs, but Staszko had a flush to take down the pot.

Mike Leah has knocked out Greg Raymer to rise to 17,000 in chips. Leah started out with while Raymer began with a buried pair of sevens.

Leah caught both a queen and a trey during the rundown while Raymer never improved beyond his starting pair. The 2004 WSOP Main Event Champion, who was playing almost directly under his World Championship banner in the Amazon room, handed Leah the fossil for knocking him out and headed out of the tournament area.
