Gaelle Baumann has got off to a barn-storming start here today. Baumann has eight WSOP cashes to her name for $672,742 but is still hunting that elusive bracelet.
In a recent pot, Baumann was on the button and bet the flop of for 600. Her opponent in the big blind called.
They both checked the turn but, when the completed the board and action was checked to her, a bet of 750 won the pot without showdown.
The player in the small blind was using his left hand to shuffle his hole cards on the felt, quickly swapping them top to bottom over and over again. He had bet 1,000 into a pot of 2,000.
Action was on the big blind as the card shuffling continued. He folded and action was then on Mike Telker on the button.
Telker moved all in for over 8,000. The shuffling from the player in the small blind continued for a short while before he folded.
Yevgeniy Timoshenko is finishing off his food, eating the last of some salmon and rice while at the table. He does have some rice left but, unfortunately, he is out of chips, having busted a short while ago.
That fact seemed to have slipped the dealers mind for a second as a card was flung Timoshenko’s way before he pushed it away.
