Ku bet another 150,000 into 425,000 and Somerville opted to flat-call. The 3 river triggered a bet of 150,000 by Ku and

Joe Hachem
Joe Hachem

Leo Soma started the action with a raise to 30,000 and got called by Ryan Tosoc on the button and Joe Hachem in the big blind.

The flop revealed 542 and it checked to Tosoc who bet 40,000. Hachem replied with a raise to 150,000 and Soma got out of the way. Tosoc took a minute and called.

On the 4 turn, Hachem fired 250,000 and Tosoc called again.

The K completed the board on the river and Hachem shoved, covering Tosoc's stack. The latter snap-folded and Hachem grabbed the nice pot.

Luther Drags Five-Bet Pot

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Nikita Luther
Nikita Luther

A player opened in middle to 30,000 before Nikita Luther three-bet to 105,000 in the cutoff. The small blind put in a four-bet to 285,000, forcing the middle position out of the hand.

The action was back Luther as she was deciding what to do, and the small blind stared her down. Eventually, Luther put in another raise to 500,000 and the small blind called.

The dealer fanned a flop of 753, and the small blind check-called a bet of 200,000 from Luther.

When the Q fell on the turn, the small blind checked once more before Luther announced all in. The small blind asked for a count and went deep into the tank. The dealer let him know it was 1,300,000, covering his stack of about 1,100,000. After about three minutes, a tablemate called the clock, and the floor came with a countdown. At the end of the 30-second countdown, he still had not acted so his hand was ruled dead, sending the pot to Luther.

Vieth Scores a Double Knockout with an Unconventional Hand

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Mason Vieth
Mason Vieth

A player had open-raised to 35,000 before Mason Vieth put in a three-bet to 100,000. Darryl Ronconi then four-bet jammed for roughly 200,000 and the initial raiser rejammed for 25,000 more. Vieth called with the covering stack, claiming he would need to get lucky to win.

Darryl Ronconi: AK
Opponent: KQ
Mason Vieth: 106

Vieth remained alive on the 5822 runout and the 6 river sealed the fate of his two opponents. His pair of sixes eliminated them both from the tournament and Vieth increased his massive stack even more.

Livshitz Jams Into Rigby; Loses Some to Aziz

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Nicholas Rigby opened to 50,000 with the 107 and Jordan Grant called with the KJ on the button. Gabi Livshitz three-bet to 250,000 out of the small blind with A10 and Rigby was the only caller.

Livshitz appeared to sign on the J64 flop but barreled for 175,000 anyways, which Rigby switftly called with his ten-high flush draw. Livshitz fired another bet worth 375,000 on the K turn and Rigby came along to the 9 river, which missed both players.

Livshitz pulled the trigger and pushed all-in for 1,060,000 and Rigby folded.

Livshitz then called a raise by Renan Aziz while on the button with the K8 and flopped top pair on K107. Aziz checked with the AA for the overpair and then check-called a bet worth 35,000.

The Q fell on the turn and Aziz checked again. Livshitz made it 60,000 to go and Aziz called as the Q river then paired the board. Aziz now bet for 55,000 and Livshitz paid it off very reluctantly to lose some of his profit.

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Cody Daniels
Cody Daniels

Raj Vohra raised it up from under the gun and Cody Daniels defended from the big blind. The flop came 1095 and Daniels started with a check. Vohra continued with a bet and Daniels check-raised all in for his last 230,000 chips. Vohra quickly called and the cards were tabled.

Cody Daniels: 86
Raj Vohra: QxQx

Daniels flopped a straight and flush draw but needed to improve to overcome the pocket queens of Vohra. The turn and river bricked out and Daniels bid his farewell to the table before heading over to do an interview with Jeff Platt. Daniels wished his table good luck and said he was so fond of the experience while they all gave him a round of applause.

Battenfield Sends Lamb To The Exit

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

The action was relayed to PokerNews after the fact. Having just been moved to the table underneath his 2011 Player of the Year banner, Ben Lamb opened the action on the button for 30,000 and Chris Battenfield moved all in for just over 400,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded and Lamb called for his last 370,000.

Ben Lamb: AK
Chris Battenfield: JJ

It was a classic flip situation, but when the board ran out 10527Q, it was the jacks for Battenfield that held up to send Lamb to the exit.

Lightbourne Ousts Alcorn

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Heather Alcorn
Heather Alcorn

Action was picked up with preflop with Heather Alcorn all in and at risk against Iaron Lightbourne who had a covering stack.

Heather Alcorn: AK
Iaron Lightbourne: AA

Alcorn was in bad shape against Lightbourne's aces and remained so on the 1083 flop. The Q turn provided some outs to a broadway straight but the 8 river was a brick and Alcorn was sent to the rail while Lightbourne picked up a decent pot.

Jonathan Dimmig
Jonathan Dimmig

Cong Pham opened the action with a raise to 35,000 with the Q9. He was called by Jason Somerville with the JJ in the hijack, while Jonathan Dimmig came along from the big blind with the Q10.

Dimmig flopped the nuts on J98 and check-called a bet worth 60,000 by Somerville, while Pham got out of the way. Dimmig check-called another 150,000 on the 8 turn and the 6 river completed the board.

Dimmig, who was hiding his face inside a hoodie and behind sunglasses, checked the third street in a row. Somerville now bet 500,000 for most of his opponent's stack. Nearly three minutes of consideration later, Dimmig sent his cards into the muck but left a decent portion of his stack.
