Quintin Gets Paid With a Boat

In a pot with close to 7,000 in the middle on a flop showing 10♦7♥2♣, a player in the big blind checked to the under-the-gun player who tossed out a bet of 2,900. Thierry Quintin raised to 8,500 on the button and the big blind put in a check-raise to 14,400, which only Quintin came along.

The 10♥ hit the turn and both players checked their options to the 8♦ river. The big blind tossed out a small bet of 6,500 and Quintin grabbed raising chips, bumping it up to 33,000. His opponent snap-called and the cards were shown.

Quintin rolled over 7♠7♦ for sevens-full and his opponent flashed A♠10♠ before tossing it in the muck.

Newhouse Faces Four-Bet

Daniel Grubbs was in the big blind and put in the four-bet to 15,000. Custodio quickly folded and Newhouse eventually followed suit.

Ramsower check-called a 6,500 bet from Estes on the 4♣3♠10♥ flop and then both players checked on the Q♦ turn.

The K♥ completed the board and Ramsower checked once more, prompting a 15,000 bet from Estes. Ramsower announced a call and Estes tabled A♥K♦ for top pair, top kicker. Ramsower mucked and Estes added to his stack.

Da-Silva Calls Down Perada With a Boat

Chris Da-Silva raised to 1,600 from early position and received two callers before Ferdinand Perada, in the small blind, three-bet to 6,600.

Da-Silva and a player in middle position called, while the button folded. "How do you fold there?" Da-Silva asked as they went three-handed to a 5♥7♠5♠ flop.

Perada continued for 6,300 and only Da-Silva called. The turn came the 4♥ and Perada bet another 11,000.

Da-Silva quickly called once more to see the 7♦ river where Perada fired out 14,000 this time. Da-Silva instantly tossed in a chip to signify a call and Perada showed 9♣9♦. Da-Silva, though, had 4♥4♣ for the turned full house to get an early boost to his stack.

Pisano Getting Frisky in the Blinds

Mizrachi Sends Hagenbuch Out

Michael Mizrachi opened to 1,700 from the cutoff and was called by Rusty Hagenbuch in the big blind.

Hagenbuch led out for 1,500 on the J♦8♠K♠ flop and Mizrachi raised enough to put Hagenbuch all in for a bit over 10,000. Hagbenbuch called and hands were revealed.

Hagenbuch was ahead, but Mizrachi had plenty of outs that came to fruition on the 9♦ turn — giving Mizrachi a straight and leaving Hagenbuch drawing to a ten for a higher straight.

The 2♦ bricked out for Hagenbuch, however, and he was eliminated.
