Siboni Puts Vieira In The Tank

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Joao Vieira opened from middle position, and was only called by Eli Siboni, who defended his big blind.

On the flop 1028, Vieira continued with a bet of 3,500. Siboni called, and then called again a bet of 12,500 on the turn 5.

But on the river Q, Siboni decided to take the lead and bet 22,000. Vieirahe a sip from his cup and sat back in his chair. For two long minutes, he rested his head on his hand, deep in thought.

At some point, Siboni requested the clock. And just a few seconds before the end of the allotted time, Vieira folded.

Han Boosted by Massive Cooler

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Giyeon Han and an opponent in the big blind went to the river on a completed board of QK3KA. The big blind led out for 15,000 and Han came back with a raise to 60,000.

The big blind tanked for about a minute before shoving all in for 91,000, and Han snap-called. The big blind showed Kx10x for trip kings, but Han had KQ for a full house to send his opponent to the rail.

After the hand, Han told tablemate Ronnie Bardah how he was down to 20,000 earlier in the day and needed a three-outer to survive.

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

On the button Hayley Hanna raised to 4,000 and got called by Adam Miller in the big blind.

The flop gave 39A and Miller check-called Hanna's continuation for 3,500. The same action happened on the 8 turn, this time for 6,000.

A 6 landed on the river and both checked. Hanna tabled AJ for top pair but Miller revealed A6 for two pair to claim the pot.

Witteles Wins Battle of Top Three Hands

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Answering the siren call of "Get PokerNews over here!", the following scene was witnessed. Todd Witteles had raised from early position, another early position player reraised, and then Kyle Miholich had moved all in from the big blind.

Witteles re-shoved and the early position player called all in.

Early Position: QQ
Kyle Miholich: KK
Todd Witteles: AA

The 868 gave Miholich some back door flush outs. Those evaporated on a 7 turn, leaving Miholich and the early position player just their two outs each to beat Witteles, or eight outs for a brutal chop. Witteles dodged all of those scenarios on a clean 6 river, scoring the double knockout.

Benjamin Spragg
Benjamin Spragg

Benjamin Spragg has joined the Red section of the Horseshoe Event Center late on Day 2abc. He got involved in a pot when he raised to 4,500 from early position and received calls from players in the hijack and the big blind.

The flop of KJ5 got checked through and so did the 9 turn. On the 2 river, Spragg was the one to eventually bet 7,000 chips and the player in the hijack called.

Spragg showed his ace-high with A4 but the hijack played a pair with 77 and won the pot from the British poker streamer.

Ace High is Enough for Denick

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The button raised to 4,000, finding Andrew Denick in the small blind who three-bet to 12,000. The button called.

Denick continued for 7,000 on a board of 9K7, to which his opponent called.

The turn fell the 2 and Denick didn't slow down as he committed an additional 26,000 chips to the pot. The button elected to see a river.

Denick checked at the sight of the 4, as did his opponent on the button. Denick was first to show AQ for just ace-high, which was good enough to see his opponent's card sent to the muck as he claimed this pot.
