Worre Takes From The Frenchies

Nível 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Eric Worre limped from under the gun, giving the opportunity for Clément Bonnant in the small blind to complete, and Benjamin Ané to check his big blind.

On the flop 953, both Frenchies in the blinds checked, and Worre bet 800. Nobody gave up, and there were still three players on the turn A. After two checks, Worre bet again for 3,300. Bonnant folded at this point, but Ané called to see the 3 on the river.

Worre sized up once more to 10,000 chips, but it was too much for Ané, who check-folded.

Russo Nearly Doubles With Boat Over Boat

Nível 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

One of the biggest pots of the day so far took place at Table 664 between Nicholas Verderamo and Ralph Russo on a board of Q4299.

With around 70,000 already in the middle, Russo pushed out a tower of chips for a bet of 59,000 before covering his face with his hoodie. He stayed in this position for several minutes as Verderamo stretched and considered calling for the vast majority of his stack.

"Take your time, man," said table mate Thomas Torres. "It's a big decision."

Verderamo eventually called and Russo sprung from behind his hoodie to reveal 44 for fours full of nines, which was good against the smaller full house of his opponent with 22 after both players had flopped sets.

Warburton Takes it Down with a Premium

Nível 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Steve Warburton raised to 1,000 in the cutoff and Robin Scory defended the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of 984 and Scory check-raised the bet of 1,000 to 3,000 and Warburton made the call.

As soon as Warburton's chips hit the felt, Scory announced a check-dark for the turn.

The 9 hit the turn, and Warburton fired 3,000. Scory called.

When the 10 completed the board, both players knuckled the table. Scory announced he had a three as he tabled, 73.

Warburton responded with "No good" as he showed 84 for a pair of eights.

"In your face" he joked as he dragged the pot.

"I should have.... I don't know, I f*cked up."

Nery Up To 150,000

Nível 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Mark Nery opened to 1,200 from middle position and was called by both players in the blinds.

On 210J, Nery continued to 3,000. But this time, only the small blind called to see the A on the turn.

Nery bet another 8,000 on this second street, and the small blind called once again. Then on the river J, Nery asked for 15,000 more chips. It didn't take long for the small blind to fold, allowing the pot to go to Nery, who climbs to 150,000 just before the dinner break.
