Anderson Reclaims Chip Lead

On a heads-up flop of 10♦4♦7♥, Zlatin Penev had bet 600,000 but then James Anderson check-raised to 1,700,000. After some thought, Penev made the call and the two went to the turn Q♦.

Anderson continued his aggression and led out for 3,600,000 but Penev still made the call to see the river fall the 8♠.

After tanking for about 20 seconds, Anderson assembled some chips and slid out a bet of 7,700,000 and now it was Penev's turn to think.

After a good while, he slowly slid in his cards and the huge pot was awarded to Anderson, resuming the chip lead over Penev with almost 28,000,000.

Tough Decision on the River

Samuel Bernabeu raised on the button to 800,000 and Zlatin Penev called from the big blind. The flop came out 3♥3♠2♦ and Bernabeu bet out 400,000. Penev quickly raised to 1,600,000, and Bernabeu made the call.

The turn brought the J♦ and Penev bet 4,000,000 and Bernabeu came along for the ride to the river.

On the river K♥ Bernabeu Penev announced, "All in ". Bernabeu went deep into the think tank to decide if he could call the 14,250,000 bet. Penev Bombs River in Huge Pot

On a heads-up flop of 3♦10♥J♣, Zlatin Penev led out for 800,000 and Samuel Bernabeu made the call to see the J♥ appear on the turn.

Penev continued for 3,800,000 and Bernabeu thought for a bit before he made the call once more.

When the J♥ smacked down on the river, Penev bombed the pot with a huge bet of 8,000,000, most of Bernabeu's stack.

Bernabeu went deep into the tank for this one, and after almost five minutes he finally laid it down to award the large pot to Penev, pushing him back into the chip lead.
