On a flop of 2♣10♠J♥, the action was on a player in early position who was inquiring about the amount of chips still left behind of the middle-position player and Will Thysell on the button. After he got a good count, he landed on a bet of 105,000, which put both of his opponents all in.

The player in middle position went into the tank for over a minute before ultimately putting in his stack. As soon as his chips were in the middle Thysell snap called and tabled his hand before the other two could.

Bui Folds Top Pair On The Flop

Lich Bui opened from the hijack to 700. On his left, John Leathart called. The player in the big blind also called.

The dealer fanned a flop of 5♣6♣A♥. The big blind checked, Bui bet 9,000 and Leathart raised to 21,000. The big blind folded.

Bui took a short moment to look at the board and folded, revealing the A♦ for top pair. Leathart showed the A♣, and confirmed he had the nut flush draw.

On the next hand, Leathart made the exact same move on a board with two spades. His opponent folded, and he revealed... the nut flush draw again.

After the dinner break, the floors announced the number of entrants for Event #64 of the World Series of Poker. The $600 Deep Stack Champion had 4,303 entries this year, slightly lower than last year's count of 4,913 players, but still a strong turnout.

These 4,303 entires generated a prize pool of $2,194,530. This money will be divided into 646 places, with a minimum cash prize of $960.

But for the player who reaches Day 4 and wins the tournament, the first-place prize is $271,032. But more than the money, the winner will win a WSOP bracelet.

Nuts Flush For Bansemer

Just before the break, a player opened from the cutoff to 6,000, and Mark Bansemer on the button called. Former EPT champion Remi Castaignon folded in the small blind, as well as the big blind.

On Q♥K♣2♥, the cutoff decided to check, giving the opportunity for Bansemer to bet 6,000. The cutoff called, and then both players checked the turn 2♣.

The river 3♣ came, and the cutoff checked once more. Bansemer took advantage of that, firing out a bet of 35,000, the size of the pot. After a few seconds, the cutoff called. But he couldn't do anything against A♣6♣, the best possible flush.

On the very next hand, the player who was in the cutoff went all-in with AxJx, but he was called by the same hand. Logically, they split the pot and could go on a dinner break.
