Marx went deep into the tank before ultimately deciding to make the call with the covering stack.

Marx needed to catch one of the remaining three queens in the deck, or straight or flush cards, in order to achieve the come-from-behind victory.

However, the flop provided little help as the 10♠K♥2♠ board offered no flush and few straight opportunities, and the 10♥ turn and 9♠ sealed the deal for Day.

Day Makes a Play on Gregory

Brent Gregory raised from early position to 125,000 and Ronnie Day called from the small blind.

The dealer burned and turned a flop of 3♠7♦4♣ and Day checked over to Gregory, who bet 125,000. Day called and saw a 5♠ on the turn.

After some thought, Day opted to lead out for 175,000 into Gregory, who ultimately decided to fold.

Lemery Left With One 100,000 Chip

Dylan Lemery was in the small blind and thought for a moment before announcing "all-in," as well, for 1,250,000.

Hotte-Mckinnon and White both folded and Marx called.

Clash of the Titans, Schultz Doubles Through Lemery

Dylan Lemery opened from early position to 100,000 and was three-bet to 355,000 in middle position by Wissam Gahshan. Barry Schultz then moved all-in over both raises for 1,950,000 from late position.

Lemery went into the tank before announcing "all-in," which sent Gahshan into deep thought. After a few tortuous moments, Gahshan announced "fold," and flipped over two black queens, which ended up saving his tournament.

Lemery saw the bad news and the flop of 6♠10♦5♥ was no help. Neither was the 5♣ turn or 9♠ river, giving Schultz the much needed double-up
