Petit Smashes Flush for the Double

Joseph Kuczewski raised to 8,000 on the button and was looked up by both Noah Sharp in the small blind and Rosalie Petit in the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of 10♠6♥3♠, Sharp quickly checked and Petit jammed her last 30,000 across the line. Kuczewski snap-mucked and Sharp made the call.

Petit had flopped a flush draw, and the J♠ turn brought in the flush, sealing her double up as the 6♠ completed the board.

Small Bets Manage to Build a Big Pot

Michael Lavin in middle position raised to 6,000 met by the resistance of Shouyi Gao in the cutoff who three-bet to 16,000. The preflop action was yet to be over as Lavin returned with a four-bet to 41,000. Gao called.

The flop came K♠2♠5♥ to which Lavin continued for a very small bet of 8,000, less than 10% of the pot. Gao raised to 28,000, Lavin called and the players headed to the turn.

The 10♥ halted the action as this turn card checked through to a river of the A♥.

Lavin re-took the betting lead by firing out one big blind, a minuscule bet of approximately 2% of the pot. Geo snap-called.

Lavin tabled Q♥Q♦ which was the losing hand against Geo's A♦8♦ which had pulled ahead by the river.

Aeb Plays it Safe on the River

A player in the hijack raised to 8,000. On the button was Elias Aeb who three-bet up to 22,000. It folded back around to the hijack who made the call.

On a board of 10♠8♦4♣4♥, once checked to Aeb continued for 12,000 and 22,000 on the flop and turn respectively, each called by his opponent.

The river came the A♠. Again checked to, Aeb announced to the table "I'm about to make a really nitty check" as he tabled A♥10♥ for top two pair. His opponent mucked and Aeb scooped the pot.

The flop of 4♣6♠A♥ was no help to Liedtke, but the door to victory would swing open ever so slightly on the Q♠ turn, providing Liedtke with five more cards to win. However, the 2♣ on the river would slam it shut, sending Liedtke to the rail.

On a paired board of 6♠6♣K♠ Driscoll checked over to the aggressor who continued for 5,000, to which he responded with a raise to 15,000. The hijack called.

The 8♣ fell on the turn and Driscoll placed one last bet of 18,000 getting the fold and the pot.
