The Penultimate Day of the Monster Stack is About to Begin
Day 3 of Event #39 $1,500 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold’em is about to get underway at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. There will be 386 competitors returning to vie for the coveted World Series of Poker Gold Bracelet and of course a massive first-place prize of $1,162,681.
South Africa’s Ahmed Karrim will begin the day as the chip leader, with 3,890,000 chips. He is just ahead of France’s Rayane Bouibeb with 3,830,000. Bouibeb cracked aces in a 150 big blind flip to get the lion share of their stack.

Play will resume in the red section of Horseshoe at 10 a.m. local time with the blinds at 15,000/30,000 and a big blind ante of 30,000. Ten 60-minute levels will be played today and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 27.
