Caiaffa Draws Good to Triple Up

Rafael Caiaffa was all in on the first draw from the small blind and up against Dario Sammartino and Jake Schwartz. Schwartz bet from the cutoff and Sammartino called in the big blind.

Sammartino took two, while Schwartz and Caiaffa each took one. Schwartz bet again and this time Sammartino folded.

Schwartz stood pat and revealed a jack-eight low. Caiaffa had 7x8x3x2x showing and took one as he peeled a 6x to make an 8-7 and triple up.

"I was obviously going to break it if you patted," Schwartz told him after the hand.

Thorpe checked dark and Campbell, on the button, bet again. Thorpe called and Campbell showed 9x7x5x4x3x. Thorpe, though, had 8x7x4x3x2x to take the pot.

"What's wrong with you, Chad? You don't have to bet. Eye contact. Do I look like a man that can't beat a nine," Thorpe said to Campbell, who couldn't help but laugh as Thorpe took his chips.

Each player drew two and then checked to the second draw where Clotar now drew one while the others drew two.

Another round of checks followed, with the same number of cards drawn.

Clotar then led out for a bet and got raised by Deeb. Le folded and Clotar called.

Deeb showed 8x7x5x4x2x, while Clotar said he had a nine-six and sent his cards to the muck.
