On the final draw Zhong drew one, tabling 5♦4♠2♥ while the middle position player also took one and showed 9♠2♣A♥. "You show first" said Zhong and, obliging, the middle position player turned over 7♠ for the three-card seven, ensuring that Zhong's final card, the J♣, was of no consequence.
