Everyone Has Cashed!

Nível 16 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Tournament staff prepared for hand-for-hand play, but after a final count of remaining players, it was announced that everyone left had made the money.

All remaining players will receive at least $480, although players still have time to build up a stack to attempt to bag and advance to Day 2.

Garbus Jams River on the Bubble

Nível 16 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Action folded to Devon Garbus in middle position who opened to 25,000. The action folded all the way around to the big blind who defended. The players were off to a flop heads up.

The AK5 flop landed and the big blind checked. Garbus gathered a bet of 35,000 and put it in the middle. The big blind came along with a call.

The 2 turn hit the felt and the big blind checked again. Garbus sized up this time and put out a wager of 55,000. The big blind called again.

The river was the J and the big blind checked once more. Garbus did some accounting and saw that the big blind had him covered. He took his time before announcing 'all in' and sending in his remaining chips.

The big blind did not snap call but after a moment of thinking they called off and the cards hit their back.

Garbus tabled A5 for a flopped two pair and the big blind tabled A8 for a flopped top pair. Garbus dragged the pot and survived the bubble.

A Look Inside Phil Hellmuth's WSOP Break Room: How Does He Fit on that Couch?

Nível 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

When you hold the record for the most World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets, there are perks.

For Phil Hellmuth, whose 16 bracelets (and counting) may never be touched, one of those perks is his own personal break room at Horseshoe Las Vegas. That's a nice benefit especially on 90-minute dinner breaks.

Hellmuth granted PokerNews access to his small but intimate break room, which is in an undisclosed location. "Don't disclose the location. I don't need fans knocking on the door seeking autographs while I'm trying to rest," the Poker Hall of Famer joked.

Dinner Time!

Nível 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Players have been sent on a 75-minute dinner break and will return very close to the bubble. Tournament staff are working on getting an accurate count to determine the exact number of players remaining.
