Rice Wins Race to Eliminate Spriggs
Joseph Rice three-bet to 2,000 in middle position and the action folded to Rodney Spriggs in the big blind, who four-bet jammed a stack of 18,800. Rice took a few moments and called with a bigger stack.

It was a classic race before the flop landed to give Rice a stranglehold on the hand with a set of queens.
"Oh, shit. I don't do very well in races," Spriggs said before the board finished out to send him out in the second level of play.
Rice, who in March won two Circuit rings at WSOP Circuit Turning Stone, including in the Main Event to win $238,870, gave a shoutout to his wife and kids after winning the big hand.
At the same table, Online Event #7: $500 No Limit Hold'em Deepstack winner Sane Chung built his stack up to around 45,000.
