All four starting flights of Event #70: $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event World Championship at the 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas are now complete and today the 2,610 survivors of the first three of those flights combine into one field. That number is set to grow, however, as late registration is open through the second level of today's play.

Through the first three flights, it is Ireland's Patrick Clark who has bagged the overall lead with a massive stack of 397,200. Closest to catching him is Marcus Stein (336,800) with Day 1b chipleader Patrick Hagenlocher (332,800) rounding out the top three.

As expected in a such a large and prestigious tournament, many notables will be in the field today. They include Andrew Moreno (238,200), 2012 WSOP Main Event runner-up Jesse Sylvia (229,400) and PokerStars Team Pro member Andre Akkari (126,600).

Feldman Adds More to his Stack

Nível 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Han Hoai opened to 1,600 under the gun and only Ryan Feldman made the call two seats behind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Hoai continued for 1,500 which Felmdan quickly called. Both checked on the {6-Hearts} turn.

The {6-Spades} paired the board on the river and Hoai sent 4,000 in the middle. Feldman tanked a minute and eventually called. Hoai revealed {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} but Feldman turned over {2-Spades}{2-Hearts} for two pair and took down the pot.

Luske Shoves River

Charles Beshwaty opened to 2,400 from under the gun and was called by Marcel Luske out of the small blind.

Luske checked in the dark prior to the {7-Spades}{k-Spades}{j-Diamonds} flop. Beshwaty checked back to send the two players to the turn.

After the {a-Diamonds} turn Luske checked for a second time and then called when Beshwaty led out for 7,000.

The {2-Spades} river put three spades on the board and Luske, after some consideration, shoved his remaining 30,700 into the middle. Beshwaty thought for some time before open folding {a-}{j-} to send an early pot the "Flying Dutchman's" way.

Liu Takes the First Pot in a Controversial Hand

Nível 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

On the first hand of the day, Lewis Spencer raised to 2,000 in early position. Xuan Liu was in the big blind but the dealer thought everyone folded, putting the deck down and getting ready to ship the pot. However, Liu still had cards and wanted to call which was allowed after a floor ruling.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and the action checked through to the {a-Diamonds} on the turn and the {10-Hearts} on the river. Liu finally led out with a large bet of 6,000 and Spencer sent his cards to the muck.
