Earlier, Dan Smith folded to a shove from David Benyamine after tanking for approximately seven minutes in a No-Limit Hold'em hand. Smith has taken to Twitter to explain not only his holdings (

No-Limit Hold'em
Koray Aldemir raised on the button to 14,000. David Benyamine three-bet to 58,000 in the small blind and Dan Smith four-bet to 135,000 from the big blind. Aldemir folded and Benyamine called.
Benyamine checked the 
flop over to his opponent who bet 75,000. Benyamine then check-raised all in for 372,000. Smith, to put it mildly, went into the tank.
Smith thought about his decision over the course of seven minutes. With an effective stack of 430,000, he wouldn't be all in but he would be left with just 55,000 behind.
"I have a bad hand," he said to Benyamine.
"Good news," said Benyamine. "Very good news."
Smith deliberated some more, apologizing to the table.
"I know you have a bad hand," piped up Benyamine. "I'm relaxed."
"It's possible I have the best hand," said Smith, apologizing again. "You can call the clock if you want"
Jesse Klein did so, but no sooner had the floor begun the countdown, he mucked his hand.

Pot-Limit Omaha
Yuval Bronshtein raised to 9,000 in the cutoff and Luke Schwartz called on the button. Lyle Berman then announced raise out of the small blind without declaring an amount and first pushed nine yellow T-1,000 chips forward before he attempted to raise it to 30,000 in total.
The floor was called and since the ruling had been changed a few years ago, it was ruled as a forced min-raise to 14,000. That brought David Williams in the big blind along and the calls by Bronshtein and Schwartz followed with Bronshtein joking that this might develop into a huge pot.
On a flop of 
, Berman bet 60,000 and Williams raised to 240,000 near instantly. "Oh wow, it might really happen," Bronshtein said and gave it some consideration before he then moved all-in. That got rid of Schwartz and Berman before Williams asked for a count.
"It's around 450k," Bronshtein said almost immediately and Williams then asked for an exact count, which happened to be 436,000. The call of Williams followed and the cards were turned over.

"I am winning, no deuce please," Bronshtein said with a big smile on the face.
The turn was a blank 
but the brutal 
fell on the river, as Bronshtein's smile froze. Both stacks were quickly checked and Williams had indeed slightly more chips at his disposal to win the large pot with a mighty pair of deuces.

The Day 2 field is now up to 106 entries and there are still some notable absentees such as Phil Hellmuth, who is expected to join the tournament before the end of the registration period. Hellmuth also took to Twitter just now in what seems to be a potential prediction for his entrance outfit.

Randy Ohel has just been eliminated by Michael Mizrachi. According to Mizrachi, Ohel opened button to 8,000 and Mizrachi made it 25,500. Ohel four-bet to 65,000 and Mizrachi five-bet all in for around 340,000. Ohel called.
