Prior to sixth street, David Benyamine told the dealer to get an ace to improve his hand while his pair of treys was up against the open jacks of Scott Seiver. Benyamine received a seven and checked, as did Seiver. On seventh street, Benyamine bet and Seiver called to table the 
for a seven-six as the winning hand.
"Oh crap, I forgot I told him my hand when I mentioned the ace," Benyamine then joked in table chat.
