Valantin Chips Up with Ace-King

Nível 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Antoine Valantin raised from under the gun to 2,200. A player in middle position and the big blind called.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and action checked to Valantin who continued for 3,000. His opponent in middle position raised to 6,200. Only Antoine called.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and Valantin decided to fire for 6,000. His opponent responded by moving all-in for their last 17,700. Valentin thought for a while before calling where he tabled his {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} which was ahead of his opponent's {a-}{10-}.

The river was inconsequential, resulting in Valatin knocking his opponent out and raking in the pot.

Nível 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With 30,000 in the middle, the board read {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. Lewis Jacobson, from the big blind, checked the heads-up action to the hijack.

The , with 51,500 behind, moved all-in. Jacobson, the short stack with 38,700, called. The players tabled their cards.

Ehrenberger's Trips Sends Opponent To The Rail

Nível 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With 20,000 in the middle and a flop of {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}, the early position player checked to Danny Ehrenberger in middle position who bet 7,000. Early position did a stop and go moving their 38,000 chips into the middle. Ehrenberger called.

Early Position: {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Danny Ehrenberger: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The early position player could not connect with his flush draw as the {a-Diamonds} turn improved Ehrenberger to trip aces and the {5-Diamonds} confirmed the pot was awarded to the German.

Ehrenberger is no stranger in navigating big fields at the WSOP. In 2019 he finished 15th in the $500 BIG50 event.

Wong Coolers Opponent with Pocket Queens

Nível 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Shelok Wong
Shelok Wong

She Lok Wong happily won a 140,000 pot after his {q-}{q-} went up against his under-the-gun opponent's {k-}{k-}.

The dealer quickly washed the board, but the table recounted the action. The under-the-gun player limped in with his soon to be revealed pocket kings, but Wong would have none of that and raised to 3,500. The under-the-gun player called, leaving the two players heads-up.

The flop came {9-}{q-}{3-}, giving Wong a set. His opponent bet 6,500, which Wong raised to 19,000. His opponent shoved his entire stack and Wong called.

The rest of the board ran out with a {3-} turn and a {9-} river, giving Wong's already fortunate hand a full house.

Nível 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was picked up on the flop of {9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}, with around 27,000 in the pot.

Cannon lead from the small blind for 6,500. The under the gun player and the button both called.

A turn of {8-Hearts} saw Cannon fire again for 11,000, which elicited a quick fold from the under the gun player. The button took their time, toyed with their cards but ultimately passed.

Cannon picked up a pot of over 45,000, doubling up without seeing the river.
