Chidwick Wins an Early Pot

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Stephen Chidwick opened to 600 in the small blind, and Eitan Borreda defended from the big blind.

Chidwick continued with a bet of 1,200 on a flop reading {k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Borreda quickly folded, sending one of the first pots of the day in the direction of the one-time bracelet winner.

"Seat Open!"

Nível 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

"Seat open!" was just loudly announced in the middle of Amazon purple just a few minutes into the first level of the day.

The room buzzed over the thought of that early cooler that wiped out a player's $10,000 buy-in just minutes into their day.

Once the table was approached by PokerNews and tournament staff, "Just kidding...tension breaker." was said.

Quite the start to the day for the orchestrater of the gag, Chris Hammett.
