Robert Mizrachi bet as of fifth street when he paired his nine and was called by Marco Johnson, who reluctantly paid off the final bet on seventh. Mizrachi tabled the for two pair and Johnson mucked.
Robert McLaughlin raised from under the gun and was called by Justin Liberto on the button. On a flop of , McLaughlin bet for Liberto to call and then opted to check the turn. Liberto bet and earned a call before McLaughlin check-folded the river to a final bet by Liberto.
Anthony Mender was all-in after fifth with a very short stack and in trouble against John Racener.
"Don't tell me it's over," Racener said to table neighbour Young Phan. It was then over on sixth when Mender paired up and he even hit another king while Racener improved on each street. Mender's run ends in 16th place for $7,626.
Right before the blinds went up, Kenny Hsiung tangled with Nicholas Julia and the latter bet all the way on a board of . When Hsiung was in the tank on the river facing a bet by Julia, he got a little dig by the chip leader who said "I can't wait to see that crap hand."
Hsiung got out of the way and Julia claimed the pot.
While the next hand unfolded, Robert McLaughlin said "I should have folded in the other hand" over to Justin Liberto, who won a bigger pot recently to chip back up to more than a million in chips.
In the meanwhile, Mike Matusow raised the button to 31,000 and Young Phan called in the big blind. The flop brought and Phan check-folded to a bet worth 45,000. Matusow exposed the for trips jacks and raked in the pot.
The action was picked up on sixth street with Prasetyo having fired a bet out and Julia called.
Seventh street saw Prasetyo bet out one last time. Next, Julia called and mucked after Prasetyo tabled a seven-five low, and the latter was awarded the pot.
