Cole Chips Up with Boat

Nível 16 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

On a {6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} board with only the blinds in, Arthur Cole bet from the small blind and was called by the big blind.

Cole bet again on the {6-Diamonds} turn and was called, and another bet and a call occurred on the {10-Diamonds} river.

Cole showed {10-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a boat and took the pot.

Ronnie Bardah

Ronnie Bardah was seen walking out of the Amazon room, but his tablemates filled in the hand history.

Bardah had four-bet all in from under the gun and was called by a later position player.

Bardah turned over {q-}{9-} but his opponent held {k-}{q-} on a runout that did not favor Bardah. He was eliminated and left the tournament area.

Paul Bishow Triples

Nível 16 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

The action picked up on the turn with Paul Bishow being all in and being put at risk by Joe Mckeehen and Diana Wongcharoensuk. The flop and turn read {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}{k-Hearts}{7-Spades} and the action checked through.

The river of {4-Diamonds} also checked through and Mckeehen and Wongcharoensuk tabled {5-}{5-} and {q-}{q-} but they were no good against Bishow's {k-Spades}{j-Spades} for kings and threes.

Kim Eliminates Michnick with Quads Over Boat

Nível 16 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Michael Michnick was all in and at risk preflop and Dan Kim was in the pot as well as the big blind.

The flop came {3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{q-Hearts} and there was a bet and a call.

The players checked the {q-Diamonds} turn.

On the {10-Hearts} river, the big blind bet and Kim raised. The big blind called and hands were tabled.

Michael Michnick: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Big Blind: {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Dan Kim: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Michnik flopped a set and turned a boat and may have thought he was about to triple, but Kim turned quad queens and took in the entire pot.

Tom Triples

Nível 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

The action picked up on the turn in a three way pot between Philip Tom, Try Veng, and Jeremy Maher.

With the board reading {2-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Hearts} Tom put in his remaining 5,500 and Maher raised to 16,000. Try Veng gave it some thought but called to see the river.

The river came an {a-Diamonds} and the action quickly checked through. "I got you both," said Tom as he turned over {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for rivered aces-up which was good enough to beat Veng's {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and Maher's {q-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Veng scooped the side pot for 10,500 while Tom scooped up the main.
