Gottlieb In Contention for Second Bracelet This Week
Nível 4
: 8,000/16,000, 1,600 ante
Lev "LevMeAlone" Gottlieb came out of nowhere last Tuesday to take down their first WSOP bracelet. Playing from Mexico, Gottlieb powered through the 130 player field before meeting short deck crusher Mikita Badziakouski heads up. Not only was Gottlieb facing one of the best short deck players in the world, Badziakouski had him badly out stacked to start heads up play.
That kicked off a grueling match that lasted nearly four hours before Gottlieb finally bested the crusher from Belarus. In addition to their first bracelet, the win was worth $276,393. Gottlieb is now near the top of the chip stacks here in Event #48: $1,500 MILLIONAIRE MAKER.
