Mike McDonald raised it from the button before the blinds went up and made it 5,500 to go, which Simon Lofberg in the big blind called.
Lofberg check-called a bet of 6,125 on the 
flop and check-raised the pot on the 
turn when McDonald continued for 24,500. McDonald called all-in to set up the following showdown.
